I realized my most of my posts have been about me, my experiences, my opinions, and my style.

I haven’t yet talked about the most important parts of all my games – the players. The characters my players have created are original, creative, funny, and heroic. I thought it is proper to give them the credit they deserve.

This game is all about collaborative storytelling and my games would not exist without my players and their characters. I thank them for trusting me and giving me the benefit of the doubt when I messed up some rules or created new ones to make the story a little more engaging and fun. I thank them for not being critical when I made up storylines on the fly.

I have created a page that has the screenshot of the main page of the 32 characters across the 6 campaigns I have been lucky enough to run. I wish I could show the full character sheets from Fantasy Grounds but they aren’t easily exported. So I thought the main page would suffice to recognize our heroes. I really do do appreciate being able to have a record of these heroes in Fantasy Grounds so I can look back and remember the sessions, the creativity, the humour, and the reckless abandon.

They have overcome Vampires, Dragons, Gods, Demons, Devils, and Fey. More importantly, we created heroic and humourous stories together and built and strengthened our friendship during the pandemic.

I count myself lucky for each and every one of the 32 characters that took up the challenge and the the nine friends who rolled the dice for them.
